During the construction of our music video we were also working on our music magazine and DVD cover. As there are four people in the group we thought we could split the work between us to make things easier. So two of us would work on the music magazine while the other two worked on the DVD cover, and together we all worked on making the music video. Therefore, making the work a lot easier as we all had a fair and equal amount of work to complete.
The idea of having a collage on the DVD cover came from two other music productions in which the collage of pictures are in black and white. However, we have interpreted this idea and changed it a little to suit our music video. Instead of having a black and white collage of pictures, we have created a collage of pictures which starts in the colours black and white and then gradually changes to sepia and then full colour. The collage of pictures shows the story of the girl in the music video, the pictures in black and white show her past when she was with her ex-boyfriend and the pictures in colour show her present and reality and who she is with now.
This is our final music magazine.
The pose on the front cover of the magazine relates to our music video which is centred around the theme of Love. As our theme is Love, the singer has shaped her hands in the shape of a heart which is able to reflect our music video also, making it obvious to the audience that the two productions are related also allowing them to know what the theme the music video is.
